Who processes your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is Systerion Sp. z o.o., ul. Legnicka 59C, office B12, 54-203 Wrocław, Poland. For any question about your data, write to contact@systerion.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what is technically required to serve the page.
- Data you enter in the contact form: name, company, work email and the description of your problem
- Optional qualifying fields: application area, type of problem, project stage and expected timeline
- Data contained in email correspondence you start with us
- Server and delivery logs, including IP address, kept by our hosting and email providers for security and abuse prevention
This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, to assess whether there is a technical fit and to conduct the resulting correspondence. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in keeping our systems secure.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing messages to addresses collected through the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Where cooperation begins, the correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the retention period required by accounting and limitation-period rules. Server logs are kept for the period defined by the relevant provider.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed on our behalf by service providers acting under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery of the contact form endpoint
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email generated by the contact form
- Our email provider, for the resulting correspondence
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy of it
- Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erasure, where we no longer have grounds to keep it
- Restriction of processing and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Data portability, where processing is based on a contract and carried out by automated means
To exercise any of these, write to contact@systerion.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing data is voluntary
You are not obliged to use the contact form. Name, company, email and a description of the problem are required only because without them we cannot reply in a useful way. The remaining fields are optional and help us prepare for the first conversation.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes — for example if we start measuring website traffic — we will update this page and change the date above.
